I was recently referred to Synergy by a friend. It wasnāt the typical high caffeine/stimulant pre workouts Iāve used in the past - this provides me energy and focus in a more natural and sustainable way. The pumps and endurance boosts are very powerful! I have been taking 1 scoop for most training days and leg day I take 2 scoops. Usually pre workouts/fat burners give me jitters/anxiety with a crash but not with this one. Very clean and if you like flavor - both are very refreshing and taste awesome!

The white on white NCN shaker is my favorite to mix up the Synergy in. Very durable, leak proof, and all around a great looking Shaker. Note* I would hand wash to prevent any of the logo from scratching off. It has faded slightly from the dishwasher.
I tried a few scoops from my friend at the gym pre workout and the effects were amazing! This shaker cup isnāt like one of the knock off you find at box stores. It is very durable, I myself get clumsy and have dropped mine multiple times already and havenāt had to deal with any dealing problems or cracks that I have experienced with similar products.
I have only been taking the product for one week. I have not noticed any appreciative gains thus far.
